I randomly found this recipe on foodnetwork.com when I was searching for a brownie/cookie bar to make for my boyfriend on his birthday. I tried making this one instead (with a few changes) and he absolutely fell in love with it. As did everyone else who has tried them. It's super easy and they taste amazing, especially if you have a super sweet tooth. Enjoy!
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 stick salted butter, melted
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup shredded coconut
1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into bottom of a 9-by-13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle pecans, chips, and coconut on top. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the mixture and bake for 30 minutes. Cool completely and cut into bars.
My augmented recipe:

Follow directions on the back of brownie box. Set aside brownies. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into bottom of a 9-by-13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle chips on top. Break up brownies into little bits and sprinkle over chips. Pour sweetened condensed milk over mixture and bake for 30 minutes.
